Joyce White & Margaret Overlan join us as culinary instructors in the COMPASS school. They are excited to teach students how to prepare wholesome and nutritious meals as well as provide a restaurant-style experience. Their hope for students is to help them learn and practice culinary skills that will give them a competitive advantage in the hospitality industry.
